A Big Update

Hey everyone,
We have some good news! All hubs have the games, 95% of arrangements are made, we have confirmation from the EU hub that orders have gone out and we believe the same is true for the Pacific hub. We should get that 95% to 100% over the next few days and then all hubs will have us in their queue somewhere.
Some of you may get your games as early as next week. Some of you are still a few weeks away (sorry, we did say in a previous update this was likely to happen). Regardless of which you are, the good news for everyone is that we are almost to the end of the Vahallamas journey!
We will follow-up when we settle the rest of the arrangements. Have a great weekend!

Adding on to the last update...

Hi!
Wanted to send out a quick update to add on to the last update. Sorry for the last update's vagueness. Hopefully this provides a bit more detail.
So Valhallamas copies have been sent to different hubs (all over the world) depending on need. So far the Asia/Australia hub has received their copies. The EU and UK hubs should be receiving their copies next week, and the US hub is expected to receive theirs late September.
Since we are piggybacking on another company's shipping (Again we are so unbelievably grateful to Vesuvius Media) we have been relying on introductions to these hubs to begin the process. Once we get an introduction we then make arrangements to ship out any copies of Red Scare Redux along with schwag packs so that these hubs have all that stuff for when they are ready to ship out.
Once we have any sort of shipping timeline we will let you know. We will be updating more frequently now that things are starting to move a big quicker (This whole campaign feels like a fight against quicksand).
Also just as a note, when John was getting backer info together for the shipping hubs he found that 40 people had not yet filled out their survey. Those backers have received a reminder email. If you are one of the 40, pretty please fill it out as soon as you can or you won't get your game!

Hey All,
Alright, we have some exciting news! We have been in touch with some hubs! Now, normally a game would be held off until everyone is ready and then have all the hubs ship at once so the gap between when first and last person receive their copies is smaller. However, we left "normally" a while ago. So, some of you will be able to get your games soon. Some of you will wait need to wait on us shipping items to the hubs to be packaged. Many of you will be receiving your games from hubs we are not in contact with yet. Covid World is a strange place.

Shipping Update

Hey everyone,
Quick update. The games are in the warehouse in Guangzhou waiting to be merged with Vesuvius Media's games and go to the hubs. I can tell you the plan is for them to go to the hubs very soon, but I cannot be more specific than that. The world is a crazy place right now, and we are just happy Valhallamas is able to hitch a ride. As soon as we have word that the games are on their way to the hubs we will let you guys know.

The Transit Update

Hi all,
Im so sorry! I know some of you have been looking for an update, and this is one of the first times I've been able to sit at my computer all week.
That said... we were waiting on some details before we sent this out, and I think we have enough info now to give you guys an update with an adequate amount of meat!
So as it stands your copies of Valhallamas have been printed, packed, loaded on pallets and are currently in transit from Shanghai to Guangzhou, where the pallets will be broken up and sent to different hubs. From there they will (FINALLY) be sent to all of you incredible backers! This is all thanks to Vesuvius Media! They really swooped in and saved our butts when our planned shipping option disintegrated! They also have agreed to handle our domestic (USA) shipping as well!
Originally we had planned to do all our USA orders ourselves. We were going to make a fabulous weekend of it... Good food, Some recreational fun stuff and Incredible friends that we would of course bribe to help us! But like so many other things, Covid put a wrench in that plan, so we could not be any more happier to have found a cost effective way to ship to you guys. Again, Vesuvius Media, You guys are our super heroes and I encourage all our backers to check them out. Some of our most favorite tabletop games are produced by them!
So we can see the finish line and it's not so far off, which I am sure is a relief to all of you. (It certainly is to us.) We don't have a confirmed ship out date yet, but will let you know as soon as we find out!
