Australia/NZ update

Hi everyone,
Thanks so much to our Australia and New Zealand backers who let me know they have not received any info about their shipments! I figured instead of answering you all individually I'd give you your own update!
There was a miscommunication between us and the Asia hub. When we were told that Australia/NZ were shipping in two days, we took that to mean they were shipping to backers in 2 days. What they meant was, in two days the remaining games were being loaded onto a shipping container and making their way towards Australia.
That shipping container arrived in Australia last week, and is now en route to the shipping company that will be mailing them to you guys. I am not sure when they will be arriving at the warehouse, but we are in contact with them. They will let us know when they arrive and are ready to ship. I'm incredibly sorry about the confusion.
Other than that today is just about getting the space ready for the big game delivery which will (should) be arriving at out house tomorrow.

Finally... a bit of good news!

Hi all,
Hope everyone is surviving the week!
The pallet of games has arrived at a local Fed Ex Freight warehouse, and we have made arrangements to have it delivered to our house next Wednesday (by EOD). We plan on having the first batch in the mail on Thursday!
For the most part packing and shipping will be totally just on John and I (and hopefully help from friends here and there) so they will be coming out in batches, but we will do everything we can to get those batches out as soon as possible.
Also we have had a few backers from Australia reach out to us letting us know they have still not received Valhallamas or any tracking info. We have reached out to that shipping hub for more information, but if you are an Australian backer who has not yet received tracking info, please reach out to us and let us know.

Another Update!

Hi All,
Another quick update!
The package in Frankfurt was finally delivered! So the rest of those backers in the EU shipping group should start receiving tracking info (If they haven't already!)
There was a small delay with the wire transfer payment to the UK hub, but that has been resolved and we were told that those orders should be sent out by their end of business day today!
As for the US... The copies headed our way were loaded onto a pallet for transfer and were supposed to be shipped out, so we believe they are in transit (from Florida to Massachusetts). However we have not received any sort of tracking info from the company yet. (John just sent them a follow up asking about tracking info).
And that's where we are as of today! When we hear about the tracking for the US I'll pop on and let you guys know!

Hey everyone,
Sorry for the delay in this update. Was planning on writing this the end of last week, but were waiting on hubs to get back to us.
Most of the EU packages have been sent out. The only ones that remain are those that had added items (RSR, Pins, etc.) The package we sent to the EU hub containing these items arrives in Frankfurt 3 weeks ago, but has not been received by the hub. We are in the midst of trying to track down that package. So if you are in the EU shipping range (This also includes Israel) and ordered anything beyond Valhallamas there will be a (hopefully small) wait as we track down this package. We will keep you posted!
For the UK we had a delay because there were missing names on the shipping list. That has now been corrected and they are just waiting on the wire transfer I sent this morning and then they will start shipping as well.
Now on to the US - which has been the most troublesome part of this whole ordeal. The US hub received Valhallamas and finally sent us an estimate a few days ago. The estimate is much more than we were expecting based on the sample prices they gave us. This seems to have to do with a discrepancy in weights between the number we got and the number they got, either way we can't afford the number we got from them. So we are asking them to ship us all of the copies of Valhallamas and we will just ship them ourselves.
Shipping them ourselves had been the original plan, but we were ok to pay more to have a shipping company to do it so that you would get it quicker... but clearly it hasn't saved us any time at all. So we will revert back to the original plan, because you guys have waited too long for this game!
The good thing about doing it ourselves is there isn't a middle man we have to go through, or estimates that need to be sent, and the minute they arrive we can start shipping.
We have not heard back from the US hub about when they plan on shipping the copies back, but let you know when they do.
Hopefully this is the last of our bad luck!

Shipping Progress Update!

Hi!
We have been getting messages all week about backers (in EU and Asia) receiving their copies, and that is honestly music to our ears! We very much hope you enjoy the game!
As for the rest of the world!
U.K. Hub is waiting for a shipment (Red Scare Redux) to arrive before they begin their shipping!
Canada Hub has received their payment and should be shipping out soon!
We are finalizing details with the U.S. Hub, but should have it all set next week, and then we hopefully will be put into their shipping queue soon after!
